Students should be open to a communal living situation where cooking, housework, and some farm work are shared in exchange for accommodation.  English is spoken at all times giving students the opportunity to practise their English in an authentic way outside of the classroom - 'learning by doing'.

      Students will have their own very comfortable bedroom all bedding and towels are provided.

There is a large fully equipped kitchen and also a washing machine available for students use.

 There is a bright comfortable lounge with an open fire, video and DVD & CD players with a good selection of viewing and listening material.
